Congratulations! You have reached the start of the transaction process. Each homebuying journey is unique with inherent challenges. We partner with you and utilize our network to help you navigate the steps to a successful purchase by:

  • Helping you open escrow at the selected Title Company

  • Educating you on wire fraud concerns

  • Guiding you through the legal requirements contained in your accepted offer

Contingencies (inspection, mortgage, title, sale of a home, appraisal, homeowners insurance, etc)

We help you navigate through the many contingencies. If you have an Inspection Contingency this will allow you to order further inspections and reports to get more information about the property.

  • We can recommend or help you locate inspectors for all the inspections you want to undertake

  • Coordinate inspections and meet the inspector on inspection day(s)

  • Review Inspection Reports with you

  • Communicate with your lender 

  • Assist the Appraiser with access to the home

  • Provide resources for Homeowners Insurance and options – this is a critical step in the process given the current insurance climate

  • Assist you in making repairs, if applicable

  • Communicate and coordinate with the title company and lender on a regular basis to remove any remaining contingencies
